At PP5000 UV, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

within 15 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will have an additional 15 days to send the item(s) back.

🔍 Please Note the Following Conditions:

Check your order upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days (missing items, damages, defects, or incorrect products). Issues reported after 7 days may not be eligible for return.

All returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

Items that have been modified, welded, or soldered are not eligible for return.

If your purchase included a discount or promo code, the refund will reflect the adjusted promotional pricing.

For orders that included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless waived by a customer service agent.
