To request warranty service, please email us at:

Include the following information in your email:
- Order Number
- Product Model
- Proof of Purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)
- Brief Description of the Issue
🧾 What Counts as a Valid Receipt?
For online purchases, your order confirmation email may be used as proof of purchase—as long as it includes:
- Store or seller name
- Item purchased
- Purchase date
You can also retrieve your receipt from your account’s purchase history if available.
